Silver Jubilee Gala Concert

As part of the HKU Faculty of Dentistry’s dent25 Silver Jubilee celebrations, a fundraising concert was held at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall on 15 November 2007, presented by world-renowned violinist Chuanyun Li.

Chuanyun Li is one of the foremost violinists of his generation. He won the First Prize in the 5th Wieniawski International Youth Violin Competition at age 11 with the unanimous vote of 20 jurors. He also played violin for the soundtrack of the 2003 film "Together", directed by Kaige Chen. (The concert biography is available here.)
